Tools  bowl (Ask a parent for one) Spatula Measuring cup Ingredients:  Tide laundry detergent  shaving cream/foam  1 cup White Elmer's Glue Steps Pour 1 cup of White Elmer's glue into your mixing bowl Add any of your desired glitter, paint/coloring, scents now Add a LITTLE  bit of tide Mix  Add your shaving cream/foam now Fold it in.
